BGR Earns Top Workplace, Third Year in a Row.

BGR has has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by the Cincinnati Enquirer. This is the third year in a row BGR has received this impressive honor. The Top Workplaces Award program recognizes companies solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, Energage. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including: alignment, execution, connection, leadership, engagement, and others. Companies are then ranked in categories based on size to determine recipients in each category.
